BASIC & INTRODUCTION OF NETWORK

Network-
              When two or more devices are connected to each other so that they can share the data resources like a printer, scanner and operating system with each other are called Network.

Types of Network

1-LAN(Local Area Network)
2-CAN(Campus Area Network)
3-MAN((Metro Area Network)
4-WAN (Wide Area Network)

1-LAN:-10 or More systems on the same floor connected or share data.
2-CAN:-Connect between one to the second building in the same Network through CAN.
3-MAN:-Different cities in same IP & same domain in MAN.
4-WAN:-Wide Area Network.

MODE OF TRANSMISSION:

1-SIMPLEX:- The only way to Transfer which only received.(Ex-TV,Radio)
2-HALF DUPLEX:-Walky-Talky
3-FULL DUPLEX:-Two way communication in same time.
